Tracking Your Order

Returns & Exchanges

If your custom pet portrait phone case, keychain, necklace, or bracelet arrives damaged or with a design error (our mistake), contact us within 3 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns for “change of mind” are not accepted—we recommend double-checking your pet photos and design preferences before confirming your order.
